Full drawing packages are created progressing the concept into a detailed design. We obtain statutory approvals such as Planning Approval, Building Regulation Approval, Licencing & Landlord Approvals. We are CDM trained, we can advise and assist in Health & Safety considerations​ and provide designer risk assessments. Using our extensive network, we can gather all required third party information and take the project to tender.

We work hand in hand with our client to develop the brief into a robust concept, undertaking site surveys and appraisals, researching the look, feel and demographic. Providing expert advice. Space planning and creating mood boards and sample boards, 3D models and visualisations to present a full package of our clients' aspirations converted into creative solutions.​
DELIVER
We can offer a project management service, acting as Contract Administrator where formally appointed​. Inspecting on site, co-ordinating and overseeing installation. Managing cost expectations. Preparing 'as built' records and overseeing the practical completion and handover. We help to ensure your project is as streamlined as possible. So, you'll be back to business before you know it.
